Warranty and refunds

Every purchase at accmarket is protected by a warranty. Below are the periods and what to do if something goes wrong.

Warranty periods

• Account — 7 days: if the login/password does not work or the account does not match the description
• Skin — 3 days: if it was not handed over or a different skin arrived
• Subscription — 7 days: if the subscription did not activate or is shorter than paid
• Top-up — until delivered: if it is not delivered, you get your money back

What to do if there is a problem

• Send your order number on Telegram (for example #A-1042)
• Add a screenshot or a short video — we will sort it out faster
• The account is replaced or the money is returned through Click

Refunds

Money goes back the way you paid. It arrives within 1–3 business days depending on the card.

Payment and delivery

You pay through Click. Account details appear on your “My orders” page right after payment; for safety the password is never sent by email.
